As such, many lawyers suppress the qualities that make them unique in order to meet these expectations. If instead, lawyers harnessed their unique traits and qualities and injected them into their legal practice, the result would be happier, more creative and more successful lawyers with whom clients can build deeper, more trusted relationships.
